I want to keep these as simple as possible - no-one likes 'rules'. [It would help also if you print this page for future reference.]
1. As this is a free site, I get many many requests for tags. I do not set a limit on the number of tags you can ask for, the only limit is on how often you can send in a request. PLEASE, only send in one request maximum a week from your computer - not from each member of the family, or from each of your screen names.
Last year, I was making between 600 - 700 tags EVERY month. I can't cope with many more. If I find multiple entries, I WILL delete them without warning. It's up to you to be aware of the conditions before you send in your request.
2. I will NOT make any requests asking for wRiTiNg LiKe ThIs. It drives me crazy!
3. AOL users, please add my screen name, Tonitags, to your buddy list. If I don't see you online, I don't make a tag for you. I've had too many hoaxers in the past. If I have a query about your request, I will IM you, and expect an answer!
4. These tags are intended for SINGLE NAMES ONLY. You only have to look at the space available to see how small some of them are. Because the demand for tags is so great, I DO NOT have time to make:
- screen names (likkletreakle, likkletreakle@yahoo.com)
- nicknames (sugar, sweetie, hunnibun, machoman, Shirl)
- full names (Keanu Reeves, Demi Moore) (no, not even for them)
- family names (The Coors, The Partridge Family)
Nicknames which are names in their own right (Babs, Bev, Cath, Jan, etc) ARE acceptable.
If I have other tags with your name on, I will be happy to share them with you if you have Winzip (AOL users do not need Winzip).
If you have an unusual name (Summer, Sky, Tulip) be sure to tell me it's a genuine name on the general inquiry section at the bottom of each request form. If you don't, your request will be returned to you unmade.
Should you want any of the above, might I suggest that you show your support of the site by becoming a member, and I will MAKE time to do them for you.
5. If you want messages such as 'I love Tommy 4ever', or 'Sally loves Martin', please do NOT ask me for them! Tutorial 1 has an easy lesson on how to make those yourself!
6. If you want a signature to put in the automated signature file now being provided by many ISPs, please do NOT ask me for an animation! They will not accept animated tags, only still ones, so I have a whole new section just for that!
